• Students can earn up to two years tuition-paid at a state community college or technical school by meeting a few requirements:  Attend New Haven High School for at least three years;  Maintain a "C" average or better;  Maintain a 95% attendance rate;  Conduct 50 hours of unpaid tutoring;  Maintain a record of good citizenship
